Default what the hell is this?

On the homepage of Yahoo Sports, they have a headline titled "Boxing Controversy?"

    http://sports.yahoo.com/

On the page where sports writers gave their scores. 4 had it for Margarito, 3 had it for Williams, and 4 had it a draw.

I'm not quite sure what fight they are watching, but it is bad for the sport when this idiot writer (Kevin Iole) comes out and cries "controversy" or "robbery" when Paul Williams clearly outclassed and outworked the champion. Williams took the title away from Margarito and for this writer to score it 8-4 for Margarito... I'm not sure what fight Steve Kim and Doug Fischer were watching either.

I agree but the fight was virtually identical to Hopkins Taylor 1 and everyone cried robbery then too

It was a clear Williams win. He outlanded Margarito by literally hundreds of shots and was clearly outlanding him in most, if not all, of the rounds.

I cannot see any controversy whatsoever.

he outthrew margarito by hundreds but only landed around 80 more....but still he lost...even if paul threw 100 punches and landed 20 that's still a lot...tony lost i though he only won 3 rounds but four wouldn't be that hard to find...now 115-113 is bullshit

Well, you can still find it there (the scores at least - the headlines might have changed (dunno, didn't look earlier)):
    http://sports.yahoo.com/box/blog/box...qzZRC5AeWUxLYF

Also, their expert (Kevin Iole) spends practically his entire column talking about Oscar:
    http://sports.yahoo.com/box/news;_yl...yhoo&type=lgns

And you gotta love that first paragraph:
"The landscape in boxing's welterweight division may be about to change, wich is bad news for Paul Williams."
Hmm, seriously? The night after his (way) biggest win, a win that in itself changes the ww-landscape, this comment seem relevant?

Oh, and how is having DLH in your division even a bad thing? After all, win, lose or draw, fighting him is most certain way of making money.
