    I'm pretty big into different supplements but I have never nor do I know anyone who has tried it. sorry I'm no help.

    Wow, i was reading that Arnold schatzenager and Lou Ferigno took this(before they took the illegal stuff) to bulk up. i also have seen it increase my punch power by quite a bit

    science on this is iffy i think...i have used it, its ok...dare i open a can of worms here? lol anyway go watch bigger faster stronger before you go this road. as a side point many pro fighters ,Olympians(i'm told0 seem to be using various ped's...so my opinion is when in Rome...

    Really, that movie gave me the creeps... haha. I use the dhea for muscle growth and stamina too, it is good as ive seen changes and fast in my stamina and like i said my punch power( i punch harder than anyone at the gym, now if i could just get my form and balance in line ide be a real threat haha)
    I have also looked up alot about the health part of teh pill and everywhere ive looked said that it is pretty much harmless and a good supplement to take after you turn 30...

    as far as things like this go, yes it is pretty harmless, but a lot of the reason it is regarded as such is its not al that effective, think placebo effect in some cases. or just hard work coming to fruition

    Placebo?!? you think?!?! ugh... at least it isnt expensive. It helps me workout thinking that it does work hahahahah now im sitting here laughing at myself thinking that it could be all in my head... oh well

    hard to say, but i can say this about the whole peds thing, its not magic, you do that to help you recover faster,this means you can workout more which makes you (hopefully) bigger,faster ,stronger...if you take any supplement and sit on your ass cause now you figure you can coast a bit, you won't gain...that's the key...you must and will be able to work harder...i think this is where i began to stop calling people that did peds cheaters, because even creatine is a ped, just happens to be legal under most atheletic comission rules
