I just remember dozens of mediocre fighters by 90s standards----Brock, Abdin, Obed Sullivan, Kirk Johnson, Michael Grant, Lou Savarese, Darrol Wilson, etc etc the list goes on---everybody talks about the Heavyweight Champs being mediocre, but what made boxing in the 90s for me so entertaining was that there were literally dozens of decent fighters shown every Tuesday Night Fights or HBO Boxing After Dark---making boxing really entertaining.....IT WAS THE "MEDIOCRE" GUYS THAT GAVE US FIGHTS LIKE DARROLL WILSON VS COURAGE TSCHABALALA, etc... that is what I really miss these last 5 or 7 years----those workhorse fighters like Jesse Ferguson that gave you entertaining fights, Bert Cooper, etc... EVERY TIME THEY PUT THE GLOVES ON.
