    Interesting, that is why it is so important to stretch. Heres a tip, after stretching and the workout, get in a hotbath. Put in the bath 2lb of commercial Epsum Salts, stay there for 30 mins, wonderfull stuff .
    Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
