A little flashy, decent footwork. Flicks that jab out... The fact that that left hand is so active though leaves lots of opportunity for the right hand to over it. When he gets hit, he tends to square up too and leave room for the left hook right behind his glove. Lots of options for Provo on this one. The sledgehammer right, follow up left hook and hooks to the body on both sides.
This fight stands to make provo look good. Probably better than he is. He'll stalk this kid and once he corners him, people are going to wonder how Provo found him so easy. This kid goes down maybe 2-3 times (maybe one from a body shot)... Just my opinion of course, i could be wrong.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

I thought it would be Rios.

Had never heard of this Algieri, I remember Arum saying he didn't believe Rios could make 140 though, which is pretty likely. Probably a look good first defence for Provo, he should be able to land a big fight if it goes that way.
Lundy would have been a more difficult fight, but this isn't horrible. Provo should have had the Marquez fight, but Marquez avoided it. As @p4pking said, from what I understand Rios couldn't make 140 safely anymore. I imagine Arum will look to match Provo with the winner of the Bradley-Pacquiao fight.
Rios himself said he could easily make 140 for Provodnikov.. arum just didnt want to sacrafice his top fighters.. If Rios and Prov fought, one of them would never be the same and that's bad for Arum.
Marquez turned Prov down.. He didnt avoid bruh.. He shot it down ..
Marquez has nothing to gain by beating Prov.. his last goal in this sport is to be a 5th division mexican champ..
Algieri is a nice guy and a good story, decent enough but not a solid 'in between' game. He ear muffs and bends over inside or blows in the wind standing up. I think Provo is going to overwhelm him as it goes.
Rios got caught using a PED used for weight loss in the 147 fight with Pacquiao so how is he gonna be able to make 140. He's a joke
