Is Hitting The Speed Bag Hard

I See People Hitting Them All the TIme But It Doesnt Look hard But Some People When they Are Hitting It Make It Look Hard

And What Is The point Of Hitting It Forward then Hitting The Backside Of It?

what I hate it when you get people with an over inflated one, that goes fly if you tap it... what is even worse is when they don't let the ball bounce off the front of the board... they just spin their hands around as fast as they can infront of the ball... so it only bounces off the back of their board and then their hands... which are practicly under neath the middle of the board... so the ball HAS to hit them sooner or later.

It looks impressive to newbs but I like to call it 'Cheating'...

^ Not that I want to advertise for Sony (I've never been a fan, since my Geek days (I'm only a semi-geek now you see?... :P) but what she is saying is all bull shit any way) but watch when he does the speed ball, that's the timing I use, you a striking the ball fully, not just spinning your hands and you have to hit the ball on time (though it is over inflated in that video really... )

that was actually my first thought,, both of these guys have it over0inflated.

So rookies, don't over-inflate them. It bulges the seems and the bladder.

also, the good guys make it look easy.

No, not at first. It takes a while to get to the drumroll stage where you're hitting it off to your side.

Hit it, let it bounce, bounce, bounce, hit, bounce, bounce, bounce, hit.

It just takes practice, start slow and then move up in speed. Hit it once then let it bounce 3 times then hit it again and repeat.
