So I’ve finally finished the main game and on the Epilogue - fuck me how dull is it ??

Really finding it hard to keep playing. I’m shovelling shit, teaching a lad how to ride and taking my boy out for a ride to a stream. I hope to fuck it picks up soon...

And you’re weaponless and starting again from scratch ffs. The repeater rifle you get at the end of main game was awesome- I miss it.....

Finally finally finally finished the bastard tonight.

That’s just under 4 months that’s taken me.

Games 82 percent complete upon finishing main story.

    I’m done

I felt empty once I'd finished it, I was relieved and saddened at the same time.

Had no idea the map would open up like that, everything went full circle to the first game and it all made sense. I see some replay value and it always has the escape quality and 101 side stories that seem resolved. After a long break of course . Still wondering about the 3 cult-cabins and the strange green light overhead . I didn't even rob a single person or train outside of main story.

Yes relieved and sad I can relate to that.

Seemed sad watching him say goodbye to certain characters knowing he’d not see them again.

I’m going to go back on today and visit Arthur’s grave. Seems the right thing to do..

Then I may go rob that fat bastard Pearson’s store. He always irritated me for some reason.

Really looking forward to playing it once I get a PS4. Don't even have a big telly at the moment. The front room TV died after 17years of solid service(Mrs is a bit of a telly addict).

The old CRT TV lasted a long time.

No it was a flat screen. HD too. That is how old we are, just think there are adults now who never saw SD analogue broadcasts or a world with no Internet.

Flat screens have been around that long? You make me feel old.

I changed from crt to flat screen in 2009.

That was a big lcd flat screen that still weighed a tonne. It’s in the garage now.

Are talking about real life flat screen tv's or is there a way to buy one in rdr?

It'd be nice go out and Rob a train only for Morgan to get home and put his feet up to watch a bit of Corrie

Agreed - get back on topic

I may try the online game later against others

Though I bet most people use auto aim which is pathetic

I think this game, despite its riveting story telling, has put me off of gaming completely. I haven't bought a game or touched my Playstation since finishing this. All that riding along only to pick up an object or what have you destroyed any semblance of fun and I think I have been traumatized by it. The good thing is that I am back up to a book a week and I don't really do 200 page thrillers.

Just reading that Days Gone is 24 hours approx for completion. That's more like it for me. Can be done in a couple of weeks. The red dead play time went a bit too far but at same time can't argue re vfm.

True Mark, it was a great effort but draining and at times horribly tedious. How much time walking like an 80 year old through the camp? Irritating. You want a game to have a bit of spark about it and it should be fun.

Might buy a game over the summer, but I am kind of jaded. Hopefully Days Gone is good, but I get a bit bored of just doing the same thing. It is one reason Ubisoft can bugger off. Their storytelling is so poor. Rockstar is way ahead, but you don't want to get bored. I am a 2 game a year guy at best now, so careful selection only.

Wish they would make a Fight Night game. The only thing that will get me online and duel with you.
