Was anyone aware that on Sunday welterweight clash between former jr welterweight world champion Vivian Harris (29-7-2, 19 KOs) and David Barnes (25-2-2, 11 KOs) ended in a technical decision after a fifth round head clash left Barnes with a bad cut that left him unable to continue?
The bout went to the referee’s scorecard which had it 48-48, thus a technical draw. The bout took place at the De Vere Whites Hotel in Bolton, England, and headlined a show presented by Coldwell Boxing.
