    Cracking fight this.

I've got Crolla 5-1 up here. Couple of rounds could have gone either way though.

What a knockout punch. Can't believe that was his first fight at lightweight. Joe Gallagher is a genius for what he's done with Crolla. I think Anthony can go far.

That was a cracking fight. I thought Crolla was well up, he was controlling the fight and Watson just didn't have the power to slow him down. It was a sweet right hook to finish it, great knockout. Hopefully Watson's ok, he was down for a while and needed oxygen

Great fight. Crolla looked like a career lightweight in there and just laid a total beat on Watson. Aside from some good combinations from Watson here and there, Crolla just bullied him from start to finish.

Million Dollar Crolla, and the NEW!!!

Quality performance by Crolla looked very strong at the weight. I said to my bro if he can win the fight well then he can go on to bigger and better things. Rees might be a bit too much for him at the moment, don't know what it is but i dont think Rees should be fighting these guys he's too experienced and has fought at a much higher level. If Crolla can beat him though i'd be very impressed.

stuck my last £2 quid from my william hill account on a Crolla stoppage and got £18quid back, better than a kick in the nuts

I'd love too see Rees fight Crolla next. I like Rees but I fancy Crolla to do a job on him.

Crolla was so comfortable and looked like he could have gone 15 rounds....and to only take it with 2 weeks notice!!!

Joe Gallagher is doing wonders with his stable and they all seem to support one another, a real team ethic.

Watson was taken to Hospital after the knock out. I hope he is alright.

He was totally outclassed by Crolla who looked the biz.

I dont remember watching Watson apart from his fight with Rees and his last fight with Crolla but he does not seem to be able to block, slip, duck get the fuck out of the way of the jab.

Rees and Crolla hit him all night long with the jab and if you land the jab well you can follow it up with harder shots.

Great effort by both men and well done Sky tv for making good fights for the fans.

Agree Crolla v Watson was an amazing fight. Joe Gallagher is ace at conditioning fighters but my feelings are that Anthony is too easy to hit and needs to work on being more elusive and developing counter-punching technique.
I would suggest that Crolla has a few weeks with Jim McDonnell down South. Jim is an expert at powering-up a boxer for the big task. Remember Jim had Danny Williams in top form for his fight with Mike Tyson and more recently he has 'Golden Boy' James DeGale hitting too hard for any fighter on the European scene.

But if you look at what he was previously, the improvement he's made since going with Joe has just changed his performance for the better. He's improving with every fight so I'm not sure I'd change things yet. Sometimes you can have too many cooks in the kitchen.

Welcome to the forum by the way
