That's like asking if Shannon Briggs should be in the hall.... he beat an old a$$ Foreman

So Ricky beat an old a$$ Tszyu. Doesn't make him hall worthy.

Of course, he had a very good career. People hate on Hatton because of the two losses, but he had a long and active career and beat several very good opponents. The man was a two weight world champion and was the man in his division for several years.

IMO not really, but people will say that he accomplished more, IMO though Chico and Gatti both should get in

Certainly one of the best exports from these shores in recent times, and as Miles say's he captured belts in 2 weight divisions, fought the best that was out there, and was regarded as the MAN at LWW.

He didn't fight the best out there. LOL Sorry to crash your tea party mate but Ricky Hatton has a great following and they sure can cheer for him until he's face first on the canvas. If we let him in then lets just let in everyone.

Kind of like the Jeremy Lin debacle..... If Ricky wasn't from across the way then he would be another small tribal casino fighter. He would have been exposed earlier on and might not have got that golden opportunity to beat up on an old Tszyu

I'm a big hatton fan and went to most of his fights but are'nt sure on this 1. He did dominate the divison and was a 2 weight champ but he never beat an elite fighter KT was still a v good fighter but a little old when Hatton beat him. He had some good wins against decent fighters but there wasnt many fighters that Hatton could of fought that he didnt there was Cotto but at that time when people were talking about this fight Hatton wasnt ready then there was Witter. Hatton only lost to 2 outstanding fighters in Mayweather and Pacquiao but beat all the rest in a very good career.

He will always be remembered for his army of fans that followed him everywhere and the good fighter that he was.

He may well get in just because of his huge fan base.
