For anyone who cares, it's just been announced that PBF vacated his IBF 147 Title. His mandatory was Mark Suarez. Who the fuck is Mark Suarez and how was he rated over the #2 contender Kermit Cintron? Stupid IBF. It really looks like PBF is going after Shane.
