From what i read on sherdog, fight shouldve been stopped in rd 1 as it was. Either way, he was apparently in the fetal position, which is NOT considered an intellegent defense. I could just curl up in a ball and survive 5 rounds with Chuck if I wanted to. Doesn't mean I'm intellegently defending myself.
Boxing is like a handjob, and MMA is like a hot sweaty orgy with 5 chicks. I could never say no to a handjob, but which would you rather have?

yeah, fight could have been stopped in rd 1. I was very surprised it wasn't, but also glad it wasn't. I was yelling, "let 'em go, let 'em go!" Wanted my money's worth. It seemed like there were at least thre times last night when a fight could have been stopped but wasn't.. almost intentionally they were being let go just a bit longer. Can't remember who it was but I was a bit shocked that the ref let it go. I think it was mccarthy. I was like, STOP THE FIGHT!!

back to tito/chuck... my first thought was that it was a bad stoppage too as tito looked to be blocking them, but looking at it again, he wasn't getting out of that situation. he was done. good stoppage, imo.
