Default How many times a week?

I'm in an ok shape right now, and I'm just wondering how many times a week I should train on the heavy bag without overdoing it?

if yor training on the bag mate then do it everyday. you may feel a bit tight in your back or shoulders but just take it easy on some days and thrash the fuck out of it on others. you will find that some days it isn't happening anyway bud.

How long is a peice of string?

Depends on the intensity and length of your training. If you kill yourself every session it's not a good idea to do the same every day.

Every fourth day is non workout for me. You shouldnt do more than 5 times a week.. Its been proven to actually work to ur disadvantage if you do more. You need breaks so that ur muscles can build without you distracting them...eat lots on non workout days unless there is a weight you need to stick to or wanna make
