    Default What weight division?

Hi i know this will be hard to tell but what weight class would i fight in. I am 5'6 (pretty short) 150lbs, 11% bodyfat at the moment but still quite a muscular build. As i am short would it be better for me to fight at a lighter weight?

    Amatuers or pros??

Amatuer you should be ok at that weight. If you go to a lower weight class let it be because of a natural weight loss instead of draining to get there.

Dont agree there mate.Go to any gym and you will find that more or less all the boxers fight below there natural weight.

If you are going to take it seriously yesman then you need to get your body fat down to about 4 or 5 % at least.

Just make sure that you eat clean and and keep doing your exercising. Any excess body fat will come off. Also drink more water, juices and less sodas.
