Eddie Chambers vs. Dominick Guinn tonight who wins??

I know the main focus this weekend is on De La Hoya vs. Mayweather, but we can't forget about whats going on tonight either. I was reading an article over on another site and I was just wondering what everyone thinks of this fight and who's going to win. Could either of these guys really do anything in the HW division anyway??

I'm going Chambers by UD, I don't think he stops Guinn but Chambers is a skilled kid I think he does enough to get the decision.

Chambers has all the attributes of a Philly Fighter" except the propensity to go to war unnessarily. I see him winning a decisive points victory or even a stoppage. I like him a lot.

I forcast a late KO for Guinn.

The smart money suggests Fast Ediied by UD, the thinking being that he is very consistent while Guinn is very inconsistent and is not nearly as focused as Eddie. I have my bets down and see this as a great coming out for a very solid fighter who, when he puts togther punches, reminds me of Eddie Gregory. Id' pay to see Eddie Chambers fight.

I think Chazz wins easy. Guinn seems to be made for him. Not a very active puncher, not the smartest and isn't really hard to hit. I like the choice of opponents it's a step up, seems they're grooming him for a title shot in the not so distant future.

No disrespect to Guinn, he's a good fighter in his own right but he isn't very fast, he has power but he doesn't throw half as much as he should and he's been hit a lot recently. Chambers on the other hand is so relaxed in the pocket, makes his punches worth his money and he's slick. I see Guinn maybe winning 2 or 3 rounds but not much more then that. And you have to question in his desire. He did not want to be in the ring with Tony Thompson and literally just gave up after 2 rounds.

Although Guinn is back with Ronnie Shields now so you never know, maybe he has rejuvenated himself.

The form guide has to say Eddie Chambers but Guinn is frustrating as hell as he is clearly so much better than his performances.

I do believe that we will see one scintillating performance from Guinn at some point in his career, like Harrison destroying Danny Williams last year.

Whether that will be tonight though is anybody's guess

I thought long and hard about his one for the pics contest and I decided on Chambers by UD. It is one of those pics that I hate to make, because I think if Guinn brings his A-game, he's going to win, but I don't have faith that Guinn will bring his A-game. It's kinda like when I picked Sprott over Harrison. Harrison at his best would win, but I figured Audley was bound to screw it up. As much as I like Chambers speed, skill, and outlook, he's a small and soft heavyweight. I've heard him compared to Byrd, but if you look at their bodies, Byrd always looks in shape. Chambers looks plain fat. He has been successful against a bunch of mediocre guys, but his size (or lack there of) is going to catch up against him at some point when he's up against a natural heavyweight with talent.

Well, he's up against a real heavyweight with talent tonight. Fortunately for Chambers, Guinn has a bad habit of turning in crappy, underachieving performances. Still he has the chance to KO Chambers and makes my pick look really dumb. Regardless, I'm really excited to see the fight, because it's going to let me know if I should jump on the Chambers bandwagon. At some point, I figure Guinn is going to catch him with a good shot or two, and if Chambers can take it, keep throwing, and win, I'll probably be winning to take him serious as fighter who can do something against the top heavyweights not named Peter or Klitschko.
