Is Hatton off to Golden Boy promotions?

Gut feeling says he'll stay loyal to Hobson but anythings possible and Oscar will certainly make him more money and maybe get the bigger names easier too.

FUCK GOLDEN BOY!!! They can't develop their own fighters and have to go out and steal talent from other promoters. Barrera is already trying to burn out the rest of his contract because GBP is screwing him by not negotiating with Top Rank for the Pacquiao rematch. GBP could be just as dicey as Don King, but at least with Don King, you know that you're getting in bed with the devil.

Well, I dunno if any of you read his autobiography, but Hatton was offered a deal by Golden Boy before. He said he was very tempted, but had pretty much agreed everything with Hobson and as Hobson had been so helpful, he decided to be loyal even though Golden Boy offered more money. Hatton is very good mates with Hobson now, I'd be if he left.

i think he'll leave eventually, Hobson won't be ale to get him all the top fights and Hatton is already good friends with Barrera. As mentioned earlier in the topic, a british branch of Golden Boy could be a possibility.

The Barerra thing is because there close friends, they have both been going to ech others fights since Hatton beat Maussa in 2005. I think its a possibility because Golden Boy will find it easier to get the big fights, it all depends on what Hobson can offer.
