Fights of the year so far?

Seeing as how slow this week is for boxing, I guess now is good enough time as any
to bring up this old topic.

The first few that come to mind are

Judah vs. Cotto
Earl vs. Katsidis
Rachman vs. Condes

What else should I add?

Earl-Katsidis for sure is a FOTY candidate. Marquez-Barrera was good to. As was R.Marquez-I.Vazquez.

Not seen Racman Condes was it really that good?

My favourite fight by far was O'Neil Bell Mormeck 2, Khan against Lamond was awesome as well although most people can't look beyond their Khan hating to see it.

Freitas Diaz was great, Coralles Clottey and Williams Margarito I loved and I really enjoyed De La Hoya Mayweather.

As a Holyfield fan I also loved the Savarese fight and I've watched Roy Jones against Hanshaw twice, another great scrap and nice to see an old master in action.

It's a tough call.

I think there have been a lot of really, really good fights so far this year, but not that one GREAT fight where you say "That's the Fight of the Year."

Ford-Angulo(was on recently,they just traded bombs allll night long!)

Vazquez-Marquez(although it ended prematurely)

PBF-Oscar was the biggest fight in a long long time.

Katsidis Amonosot was brutal.

Bilbo,you're list sucks friend Holy?!? RJJ HENSHAW!?Corrales Clottey was a beating for Corrales all the way.

For me personally,it's a split between Pavlik Miranda,JMM MAB and the Soto Karass fight.

Amazing,so many fight of the year contenders already and we are only in July?! More in these lists than the last year and a half combined!

I'd like to add Vazquez Sakata to the list,that was a great action fight,I recommend it.

Kessler Andrade is one of the performances of the year as was Nonito Vic(which was my fave KO of the year by far) but neither is a serious contender for FOTY imo,way too one sided!

Gotta throw in Samuel Miller Vs. Darrell Woods. But for big names its Barrera Vs. Marquez. Vasquez Vs. Marquez could have been if it went on. I think the rematch is gonna be FOTY.
