Hey with the MOB behind it may be lights out for ALI, but the truth Prime Ali would dismantle Rocky. Went with Ali

I think that Ali would just be too big, too strong, too fast and too well conditioned to slow down long enough for Rocky to catch him. Wide UD in a possible bore-fest, though not without some entertainment as the Rock tries to rough Ali up in the clinches.

UD for Ali he would punish him in this 15 round fight. I think Rocky might catch him with a punch and drop him once but Ali would get up and continue to kick his A$$

Yes I know Rocky was undefeted he also beat many a guy past his prime and many a nobody.....Rocky had 3 attributes....He could hit....He had great stamina....He was relentless.....

Ali had better then fair power....He was soo damn fast....His footwork was soo much better...Marciano could not catch him for more then a shot at a time.....Maybe with Marciano all you need is one but Ali would be keeping Rocky confused with non stop jabbing and movement Marciano may not be able to get that shot in.....

Add all that to Dundee working magic and buying time between rounds....

    Ali has it his way

I respect everyone's opinions, but IN MY OPINION you have to be somewhat delusional to think Rocky would beat a prime Ali. A guy like Ali (or Larry Holmes) would just be suicide for the Rock.

Ali knew how to use his advantages. Marciano wouldn't have been able to get close enough to touch Ali because he would have been kept at the end of a lightning fast jab and an occasional straight right to chase away any ideas of getting inside. Ali has superior speed and power enough to at least wobble Marciano if he felt he needed to display it. Marciano would have been reduced to lunging in, praying for a lucky shot and becoming even more of a mark for Ali.

I agree with you and I agreed with Holmes when he said the Rock couldn't carry his jock strap, rocky was 5'11" and 185 lbs, It's possible he could catch either one of them but unlikely, after all he was not much smaller then Joe frazier.
