    Default Best (most successful) Boxer from Asia

    Am wondering who is the best and most successful boxer from Asia. In terms of money, I think Manny Pacquaio is leading.

    I think Fighting Harada might run him close, former Flyweight and Bantamweight champion from the sixties.
    The big plus for him is he is the only man to beat the great Eder Jofre....twice!

    IMO as far as careers go I'd list them as follows;
    Flash Elorde - Talk about a guy who fought anyone and everyone, he fought to a title the old way by wining fights and taking on
    every comer. NEVER lost a his 'Wolrd' Super Featherweight title, lost 1 title fight in his natural weight (Sup. F) against Numata
    when he was well past it. The only times he lost was when he moved up in weight or fights that he would take in between
    defenses of his MAJOR titles.

    Fighting Harada - He beat 'Golden Bantma' in his prime twice and he wen't on to defend the titles 4 times. The undisputed Bantamweight champ.
    He also fought Medel early in his career tho he lost that shows you he fought some of the best from early on.

    Khaosai Galaxy - Never lost a title fight defended his title 19 times through 7 years and lost only once in his career the loss came early in his
    career after that he went 10 yrs. without loosing. He then retired as Champ. Not many boxers can say that.

    cc from me. thanks for the info. Never thought Flash Elorde is that good. I was thinking that older Filipinos were just being patriotic when they would usually mention Flash Elorde as better than Pacquaio.
