do the pros spar every day?
i've read on a site that says he does 10 rounds of sparring every day which is pretty impressive and thats excluding the rest of his regieme, he also does 2000 dips, 2000 pull ups etc. but i think that was just back in his day, can anyone shed any light on the matter
You should do all of them, but I seem to be a big fan of bagwork.
