Never give up anyway mate! there are many ways to skin this cat. Top Oesteopaths,Kinesiologists can align you so you repair much faster.
You could always try an 'Advanced" (Body talk) practitioner if the usual docs or their specialists fail to find out whats up.
,Ask what level they have gone to, you really want higher than practitioner level. someone trained in Pra rama and or sports therapy are top tear and would have you syncronized in more areas than you could imagine.

Several years back I had this same problem and the solution is very simple. When you wrap your hands, concentrate on your wrist. And then, above all, don't bend your wrist when you punch. I will guarantee you that you are doing this and here is an easy way to tell: when you land a right hand, which knuckles make contact? If it is not the middle knuckle and the index finger knuckle, you are almost certainly bending your wrist.

I'm going to check which fingers land first.. I have some idea,,, but as my wrist started to get sore, I payed a lot of attention to my form. I stopped throwing heavy punches on the bag and slowed everything down and just keep making sure I was throwing correctly... I figured if i'm using bad form, even a 10th of an inch out when i'm connecting every time, it would be an endless battle..
So i'm not going to get back into it without make sure my right is connecting spot on the way it should be.

So that's for the tip. And havn't seen you around here in AGES grey, good to know u're still alive and kicking Thanks for the help...

Thanks Andre also, I'm open to anything if simple rest and care don't do the trick
