    Default Nigel Benn's Training Regime

    Nigel Benn's regime (Mon-Fri):
    6am - 15mins touching toes, 30mins running, 15mins star-jumps
    7.15am - eat a bowl of oats
    10am - 6 rounds of punch pads, 6 rounds of double-end bag
    11am - eat chicken, pasta and vegetables
    1pm - circuit training (dips, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, squats)
    3pm - eat chicken, pasta and vegetables
    6pm - 6 rounds of sparring Mon-Wed-Fri / 6 rounds of punch pads Tues/Thurs
    7pm - lean red meat, pasta and vegetables
    10pm - go to bed
    Sat-Sun: just eat freely

    6 weeks prior to fight (Mon-Fri in Tenerife):
    4am - running up mountains in altitude
    6am-7am - eat a bowl of oats
    10am - 6 rounds of sparring, 3 rounds of punch pads, 3 rounds of double-end bag
    11am - eat same
    1pm - circuit training (same)
    3pm - eat same
    6pm - 6 rounds of sparring, 3 rounds of punch pads, 3 rounds of double-end bag
    7pm - eat same
    8pm - go to bed
    Sat-Sun: still eat strictly


    He ate portions of fruit for snacks and drunk 5 litres of water each day!
