This thread will catalogue the most noted, painful and abnormal injuries that have occured in the sport, feel free to contribute!

Of course no injury thread is complete without the inclusion the sacrifices of Arturo Gatti, so here's the first with his split lip against Alfonso Gomez....

Paulkie Malignaggi's swelling against Cotto was no mere bruising, he broke his zygomatic arch...or the cheekbone...thats pretty damn sore!

Shane Mosely's fight with Vargas was a real cracker and Vargas was popped by that straight right so frequently his eye swelled literally shut....

Those fights were awesome. In the first fight Marciano's nose was slashed further up, impedeing his breathing, so they tore a hole in the lesh to open his nasal passage

Jamie Clampitt had a horrible gash at the hairline in her fight with Mia StJohn... 3/10... Prob. not to painful but it bled like a bastard
