At 6'4, you could be anywhere between where you're at now (if you want to win based on reach) and about 230 or so (maybe more... with my build, at 6'4 I'd be around 260). 6'4 is pretty tall so you're gonna be in the heavyweight division unless you want to go for that runway model, skin and bones look.

You've got to take in more calories to put on weight. Hit the weights doing heavy sets (either 3 sets with low reps or pyramid sets.) Some of the protein drinks out there are designed not only to be high in protein, but high in calories in general. They're designed to help you put on weight. Might want to have a look at some of them but be warned... most of them taste like garbage.

Why is everybody wanting to gain weight? you pursue boxing any distance and soon you'll be always wanting to keep weight off. Bob Foster was 6'3" and weighed 173 or so and he could punch as hard as any could ever possibly ever need to punch. Work out; do your roadwork and hit the bags and spar and so on. When you are in shape to go all-out for the duration of however many rounds you are to fight, weigh yourself and that's a good weight for you. How can you make a decision about your body and which division etc... when you are only just learning. Why not master the basics spar aome with different size guys, experiment with different approaches to the game, see how your mind reacts in the ring, then decide.?
