Default Ronald Hearns and Dominick Guinn

What's your opinion on Ronald Hearns, is he any good? I hear he may be fighting Duddy next, that should be fun to watch as all Duddy fights are pretty fun to watch.

As for Guinn, he has a new trainer, he TKO'd a decent heavyweight, I didn't get to see in what physical shape he is in but does anyone think he can come back and make any noise in the division if he continues to just let his hands go more? I always thought he would be a solid fighter IF he threw more often and had that killer instinct...he has a hell of a chin and decent stamina.

Then perhaps Duddy isn't dropping to 154 for his title shot.

If Hearns does have the power his previous opponents expressed he had, then Duddy may have picked the wrong guy.

Not sure of Hearns durability in with Duddy.Too much focus on landing "that right hand" and gets sloppy, high head when pushed in later rounds,Duddy seen more adversity.

Quinn is to be thanked for revealing Fraudly but don't see him doing much more.Slow of foot with a hard chin.....lacks intensity =future payday .Had a solid win Sat.

I was wondering wth this thread was about and to answer you, Hearns looks good but doesn't have too much power. He is getting better technically. Guinn to me is done, he is gatekeeper status.

Guinn was propelled by an over-valued win over Michael Grant, IMO. I over-valued it myself. He frustrates me the same way Rocky Juarez does. He has some skills but lacks aggression/sense of urgency.

I think the win over Duncan Dokiwari was the best for Guinn but the Michael Grant fight stands out for me in that it showed off that he's almost afraid to hit Michael Grant. There's no way Michael Grant should last 7 rounds with a decent heavyweight especially one with the kind of power Guinn does have when he uses it.....it's a shame really, Guinn has a really solid chin but he just doesn't throw like he should, it's very frustrating

Well I mean even when you're throwing bodyshots you still manage to catch Duddy on the chin so I wouldn't put it past Hearns.

I've never seen Hearns fight I love making informed picks.
