Default Are we dealing with a modern day Homocide Hank

Ive never been the biggest Pac fan as I dont think he has ever beaten a fighter who was at their best but after last night for a man to move up and win so comfortably is pretty impressive.

At first I was abit suspicious of why Oscar didnt try harder and was it cuz of the weight or does the blame fall on age etc but having rewatched the replay, I studied Pac for the 8 rounds this time instead of Oscar and he was like a machine. Kept pumping his arms out. The old man had no chance in there and it made me think that fighters of this era dont seem to do this anymore. Manny has become a bit of a throwback like Henry Armstrong and the great fighters in history who could move up and down the weights

Ill never be a Manny supporter but I have to respect his performance last night. Props to the guy

It's a tough one, Manny hasn't actually won a title at Welter, and IMO Marg/Williams would've done a similar number on Oscar. But, he came all the way from flyweight, and even if Floyd were still active Manny has past him p4p. It's the next logical fight, per haps a win over Hatton before then would legitimise it a little more since Oscar didn't have much left.
