    Default Uppercut bags

Does anyone own one? Are they practical for home use ifthere isn't a gym in your area? If so, how do they mount to the wall?

Here is the one I was thinking fo getting: Windy Wall Uppercut Bag from Combatsports.com

    Thanks for the help.

There was one at a gym i used to go to, or something very similar anyway. I remember using it for combinations for head and body. Tell you the truth i don't really miss it since it's completely stationary (unlike most opponents)and you can't hit them hard without damaging your hands.

The thing I don't like about that type of wall 'bag' are the angles it presents.

Wouldn't a chunky maize type bag be better? I love shovel hooking those.

I don;t rate them at all.

Like Missy said, for the same price you've got a good teardrop bag.

Would anyone have an idea of how this mounts into the wall? Weird question, but I would like to know before I get my hopes up and order it.

    Thanks
