    Default Booze's quest for fitness

I am a lazy bastard. I don't do anything but go to school, booze, and eat. I sleep alot to. I will not go to a gym. I don't like that sort of thing.

I want to buy a heavy bag or something I can put in my apartment and hit on. I love hitting the bag. I would hit the bag all the time.

But I need something that is on a stand, because I cant mount it in the ceiling. Any suggestions? Also this has nothing to do with getting to be a boxer.

Be carefull not to go overboard right away. You could end up with joint pain.

Good luck with this. If you want any help setting up a fitness routine id be glad to help.

Honestly booze, I would start off with just going for walks in the morning. If you're sedantary and not doing anything (sounds like it has been a while) ease yourself into it. Once you get used to walking turn it into a jog and eventually a run. If you buy a heavybag on a stand it's likely it will just sit there and take up space, no need for that.

here is a link to some, ofc many are too expensive, but you get the drift.

Heavy Bag Stands & Gyms from Title Boxing

ultimately you want free hanging bag to be able to circle and so on, but if not possible atleast get a decent stand bag combo. Are probs. lots of links for these all over the web.

Yeah that thing is too damn big at the base.I have one you fill with water, perfect height but would be a helluva flood should the seal break.Hanging is the weigh to go.

But the days of me trying to find a bag to bring back to my apartment to hit on are long gone
