    Default train myself?

hi im new to this forum and i was wondering there was any drills i could do with a friend of mine to get better at boxing. there is no boxing gym in our area, so i was just thinking, well maybe me and a friend could just train eachother. im not talking like competitive, professional training, cuz we are not professionals. but i was thinking about that today, im not in the best of shape at my weight, i went from sitting all day playing video games drinking pop, weighing 195, to kind of a flabby i would say, 140 now. im trying to get in shape, been doing body weight workouts, jump rope, running, eating right, lifting weights. and ive boxed only 2 times in my life... sorry?.. but its just soo fun i love it, both thoes 2 times i had a huge smile on my face through the fight. but i realized something, i suck horriblly at defence, every punch my friends threw went through my guard and hit me, i guess i have a strong chin cuz when i first droped down to 140 and wasnt working out i fought my friend who was 185 and, i got rocked but a few punches but didnt go down didnt get dizzy just eyesight went black for a fraction of a second.. maybe it was the gloves covering my eyes i dont know. by the way i won that fight, only threw my left though, but anyway, i was wondering if this was a good idea, my idea was to have my friend just jab at me (hes fast, but im more scared of my 110lb sisters punches than his) and i try to dodge, perry or catch the jabs, then slowly work into him throwing combo's and i defend myself then work into counter punches after that. i do not have a punching bag but i do work at a chinese resturant and they have 100lb bags of rice that i set on the cooler and punch at when im bored, havent hurt myself yet, no wrist pains and i bring bandana's to protect my knuckles but. is there anything else me and my friend could do? i also shadow box alot when i got nothing to do.... ps i am a lefty if that makes any difference. oh what i would like to accomplish is just get better at boxing my friends when im bored. not much to do out here and most of my friends have gloves.. im fairly new to fighting, pretty passive nice guy, that boxing match was the first fight ive ever been in.. so my friends think of me as a push over. but im stronger and faster than my first "match". and my friend was pretty messed up afterwords when i was weaker, slower, and only threw my left.

so how long it take you to lose 55 lbs? how old are? you didn't have a 'match' by the way.

I'm actually not sure where to start with this post.
