Supposedly useful for tendon injuries.

I didn't get much out of it Missy. I heard a lot of good stuff about it's natural pain killing properties and ability to heal injuries but I didn't really notice much.
Took it for around a month. Tastes hideous too
I still have loads at work...I may give it another go, but not that impressed for now.

i had it in capsule form so i never tasted it tore the hell outta my rotator form not properly stretching and waming up and then throwing fast jabs. it helped speed the healing and esp since i saw no doctors it really helped me, make sure it is from reputable place and pure.it is very expensive
