Default Martin Rogan v Sam Sexton in Belfast

    Evning fellas,

Just thought I'd throw this one up on the board, with Commonwealth champ (and has to be one of the contenders for the vacant Euro title, after beating champ Skelton) is making his first defence here, back home in Belfast.

On the same bill we have the Olympic trio making appearances, and as we've come to expect from Sports Network on these sorts of bills, there will probably be another title fight of some sort as well.

However, I've been chatting with a friend of mine from Belfast, so as long as asking your opinions on whether or not Sexton is the right guy to be in the ring with Rogie at the moment, I'd also ask whether anyone who's been to belfast before would recommend it, or advise me to avoid it?

I think Rogan is going to be too tough and strong in this one, and should give the home fans something to shout about. Hopefully though, we won't have the same treatment of James DeGale that we had on his debut.

    nah

I thought the same thing when he came up against david dolan in the prizefighter and he ended up using his technical misgivings over his opponent as an advantage by just steamrollering in and not giving his opponent any time to out class him technically.

I hope he wins and keeps his (Rocky) dream alive of being a world champ by beating Valuev.
