I had no idea Kessler was having a tune-up bout, that's a very good thing for Kessler.

    Ward also had a tune-up
I have read that Showtime are planning a double-header with Ward. Two tune ups.

I'm guessing they'd use these fights as a promo night for the tourney.

They should fight one another no warm ups.

Why no warm ups? I'd rather see both guys sharp and ready then have excuses pouring out afterwards. The winner won't be determined until 2011, we have time.

And here I was thinking they would all be fighting each other on the same night.

If I read the article carefully too, Kessler would be now of team Sauerland...

Sauerland wins Kessler purse bid! | Fightnews - Boxing News Updated 24/7

We really wanted to promote Mikkel´s first fight as a member of our team,” he said. “We will announce the date and the venue soon.” Other bids were presented by Universum Box-Promotion and Team Palle. Possible dates and places of winning bid"

This tournament is really a good thing for sport, I wish Bute would have accepted to get in it too tough I imagine he'll face some of these boxers in a close future if he gets (and I believe and hope he will) pass Andrade.
