I think prevention would be the easiest way.

If it is too late for boozeboxer's suggestion, might I go out on a limb and recommend, a...dentist?

or the tooth fairy. Your call.

hmm....i've been to dentist...he asked me if i want to use bridge or implant...
    thats why i'm asking here...
if i use bridge i'm afraid it can fell off during the match...or anytime if i get hit...and about the implant...i'm not 100% sure if i want dentist to make a hole in my bone...which i might regret in the future...so i'm kind of confused what will be the best solution for this....

Okay, that is a bit more specific. I don't have any personal experience with it, so maybe another will come along and chime in who does.

Why my response was so general, is that we get a lot of questions here that are best answered by a medical specialist trained in that particular field. As well, I see far too many people playing doctor online, who really shouldn't be. But I do understand the wanting to hear others perspectives and think it is a good idea, to gain their insights, and couple that with whatever recommendation a dentist made, before choosing the best path for yourself. What did he recommend btw, and did you bring up the fact you'll be boxing with it? Maybe you'll help me learn something here.

Hopefully someone comes in and can help you further.

    Good luck.

He told me the best way will be to use an implant, but he also told me that i might feel pain after every match(for some period of time). And he is not sure if everything will be ok later.

I hope someone here can answer my question or share some experience

An implant (where they screw the tooth into the bone) would be your best bet of the two. A bridge is much more expensive and would require the two teeth either side to be 'filed down' to size to enable an even fit. Either could get punched out again even though the adhesive these days is strong as fuck and actually bonds to the tooth rather than stick to it.

    or.....

You can always get a clip-on which would be a much less expensive and less painful option. Just pop it out and pop your gumsheild in.
