Shane being Shane...a stand up dude...

"Ole Vernon did a number on me didn't he?"

I own nearley all Sugar Shanes fights and still everytime I watch the first fight with Forrest it suprises me on how much Vernon dominated him. I still dont know how Shane managed to get through round when Forrest knocked him down, Shanes legs had totally gone.
Nothings Sweeter Than Sugar
one dangerous horrible bloke
I think alot of it had to do with the headbutt that occured seconds before the 1st knockdown. Apart from that Shane hasnt been visibly hurt in any other fight.
He didnt stop smiling even after the decision in the 2nd fight
A good stiff jab has always been the key to beating Shane. Forrest, Winky, and to a lesser extent Cotto all used the jab very effectively.
I can't believe Forrest ever lost to Mayorga twice!
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
I was never a Forrest fan. But that was one of the sweetest uppercutts ever. Credit to Mosley for getting up
I agree. I always thought the head butt contributed to it. Mosley had tooken the first round with out much problems
There were never really any tall rangy fighters worth fighting aside from Forrest
I had Mayorga winning it. He was just in Forrest head
