He got out of the ring ASAP though, it was only after cooling off that he was ready to get in front of the cameras. Just seemed a bit weak. Why not just say you had a bad elbow whilst still in the ring. It's almost like he needed to buy time to work up an excuse. Having spent $150 on a ticket, I personally felt that the least he could have done was not come out looking like someone who'd never boxed before. I don't care if he didn't quit, him swinging all over the place for 6 minutes was just as irritating & embarassing to me personally as what Witter did.
