Default Fights no one is talking about.

James Toney is fighting Matthew Greer

    James Toney

Should be an easy fight for Toney altough the odds are 10-1 that Toney will be more overweight than in his last fight

Mijares is having a rematch against Cerdemo . Mijares lost the first one for those that don't remember. Anyone watch that one?

I think the reason nobody is talking about the toney fight is nobody cares at this point of his career about such a meaningless fight.

Right.love Toney long time, but how many restarts can a guy have.Becoming sad watching him waddle around the ring and sound like he's underwater during the interviews.

Mijares should be interesting, needs an impressive outing....talk about falling off the radar ?

Meh, Mijares is such a classic example of a fighter only bein a good as his last fight. So many of us had him fighting his near perfect technical style against Darchinyan, using those ring smarts and patience, pacing himself wisely to a win and making it a great fight. Boy were we wrong. It all fell apart, quickly...

Anyone that manages to get excited about a james toney fight nowadays should seriously consider purchasing a samuel peter boxset.

Seeing such a great fighter now reduced to leaning on opponents just to get his breath back as he sucks in his backfat is just sad.

No doubt. As if that first hard shot flipped a switch,he just fought a dumb fight and tried to bang far to much,Vic stronger. He could have boxed much better but played right into Vic.

Ironic that of all people it was normally face first Agbeko who ended up boxing rings around him from start to finish.

If James Toney comes in light as he has promised I will be interested in this fight.

Don't really care too much about the Toney fight at this point!

I think Mijares gets revenge this time around, the 1st fight was close but Mijares didn't look good!

I'm quite looking forward to the Nietes/ Vargas this week! Nietes has good skills but Vargas is also a pretty good fighter

I do care about Toney and hope he gets his win. But his career has become a let down as the belly fat expanded so grotesquely and out of control. He should win this fight easily enough, and I really hope he comes in under 220 pounds, but that is probably more wishful thinking than anything else.

I just watched the Mijares vs Cermeno fight today with a friend . Both of us had it 115-113 Cermeno . Mijares looked really bad. he was the agressor and was walking in flat footed while Cermeno was boxing while being the one who is using the ring more effectively. I guess Mijares didn't get back together after the Vic fight. The rematch should be a close one and I have a feeling it can be another Cermeno win
