lol its the nature of the beast and sport. grab the sweater, ear, head w/e of the other guy and feed him uppercuts. I know people laugh when they view these guys online street fightin with no shirts on, but here in Canada everyone plays hockey and the first thing that'll happen if you dont lose your shirt, is you'll he wearing it over your head, shoulders all tied up...and yes, eat uppercuts till that thing ends up on the ground.

As for Cherry, I think it's a bit of both. He knows his shit, but he comes across as such a bigoted blow-hard sometimes, it's ridiculous. He's the type of person you either love or hate. I love him, but I don't take him seriously.

He was voted one of the top 10 greatest Canadians in a CBC series. That will tell you something about our national intelligence.

The Flames have traded away much of their toughness, so I don't know if this game will be marked by the extreme hostility that generally exists between the two teams.

It was a great game. One of the best of the whole season. The best part about it is how badly it fucked over the Calgary Flames.

It was all Canucks until the mid-point of the second period. They could have been up 4-0 at that point. Then Bieksa can't find the puck in his skates and literally dances around while the Red Wings score and 5 seconds later the Wings get a weak goal and that turned the game around.
