Great news.
Fresh picked uncooked juiced whole beets have a life force energy still in them.
I wonder if cooked beets that are juiced have a lower stamina %; you would think so.
How about barley grass juice? Has he tested that yet?

I eat canned beets every once in a while. They aren't too bad tasting but I don't know about just drinking the juice. Can you get beet juice at a grocery store or health food store or do you have to juice fresh beets yourself? Has anyone tried beet juice and noticed any difference? -Jennifer Crestal, Medical Insurance Advisor

yup eat a couple good -sized beets and when you urinate it will look red-tinged...this often has caused panic esp if you got a couple hard kidney shots while sparring...
I am not suprised beetroot juice is good for you. In general a lot of highly pigmented plants have a good dose of antioxidants and other goodies.
I am suprised they specify beetroot juice rather than just beetroots in general.
I know that fruit sugar in juice form is a little too easily absorbed but as part of a piece of fruit the fibre content etc balances it out and makes it much healthier.
In this case do they actually want it to be absorbed quickly for some reason or is it just that they happened to study beetroot juice rather than beetroots I wonder.
Coming from a science background it wouldn't suprise me if they just used juice as it's easy to quantitate, dilute etc and logistically easier to work with experimentally. Beetroot juice is probably more marketable as a health supplement also.

Polish hey! Sounds interesting - might be time for me to learn a new recipe - i'll just try to wear black clothing when i make it since i have a notorious ability to spill just about any liquid i come into contact with!
Thanks Scrap - Hope you and Mrs Scrap are having a good Christmas
