Hey Kimbo

This guy with a funny accent explains how you might throw 3 types of hook:

Short range left hook

Mid Range Left Hook

Long Range Left Hook

Another contributor to this site has worked out 11 ways of throwing the hook (HerbM), but I'm not sure that Herb's accent is quite as peculiar as this guy's (although he is a Texan....)

I think it would be eaisier to give some reccomendations if you were more specific.
What do you want to achieve by doing the workout? a boxer's fitness level? more confidence? knowledge of how to throw punches correctly? lists of combos? weight loss?
