    Default Problem with Bruising and swelling around eyes?

    I am a older professional boxer, I am having problems with swelling and bruising around the eyes from sparring. Any ideas that will help?

    I prefer the Arnica cream mixed with Calandula 50/50, or tighten your defence
    Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
