Bad ass night of boxing. Kid chocolate is the truth but rubio is riding high right now.
If qullin makes a statement against the hard ass rubio, him and martinez could be on a collision course.
Thoughts?

I was really happy for Rubio when he stopped the Canadian kid.
He's a good, tough fighter with a weird ass body type and a hard punch.
That said he was scared to death of Pavlik and dominated by Pavlik a few years back.
Beating Rubio would be a nice win for Quillin, but not anything spectacular.
I'm def more excited for Angulo vs. Kirkland if that is indeed officially going down.
Thats gonna be an explosive, short fight.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
I am pretty familiar with Quillen. He is very interesting, great hand speed and power in both hands but he is not a big man and I think he can be muscled around. He is a stalker, whether or not he can fight backing up is in question. While he has had great sparring at the wild card, he had never been in really difficult fight. It will be interesting to see him in the deep water.
I'm surprised Rubio took this fight. He's owed a fight with Chavez Jr. and/or Martinez, right?
It's wild that Quillin has been able to catapult the middleweight rankings without ever fighting there before.
It's a good fight though.
Rubio is some kind of biological freak and will easily dominate.
Rubio is sharp but Quillin puts his punches together extremely well. I will be pretty surprised if this fight comes off. Quillin is 28 now so maybe it is time for him to be tested but GBP and the Roach camp have been pretty careful with him. I say it doesn't happen but if it does; watch it.
Think its starts close but difference in experience glares as it goes with Rubio winning it.
