I don't see anything special about Cintron these days. He looked like shit a few fights ago losing to Carlos Molina, and he didn't look a hell of a lot better in his last fight against Antwone Smith. I think the only question is whether or not Canelo knocks him the fuck out or wins a decision by a wide margin.

Kermit hates it to the body, if I were Alvarez that's what i'd focus on.

A few months ago I would have seen this as a competitive fight. I don't think so anymore. Cintron will bring it for 3 or 4 rounds. But once he sees that Canelo is still standing there his heart is going to fade. I couldn't believe the Cintron I saw against Molina. Is this what happens to someone when Margarito beats the shit out of them? He hasn't been the same since he lost that first fight. I think Canelo wins this one. However I haven't decided wether it's going to be a decision or stoppage.

Maybe he hasn't been the same since that fight, but he beat Angulo and was beating Williams before he jumped out of the ring. It really, really depends on which Cintron turns up.

allllll depends on Cintron. Margarito beating wasn't that bad. NOt to a point where a fighter could be ruined.. IF anything, thoses losses damaged him, mentally, but physically, he's fine..

I dont think Canelo brings enough pressure to throw Kermit off his game like Molina and Smith did..

He lands a combination and kinda backs off to admire his work.. It's probably due to immaturity as a fighter but i just dont think he's aggressive enough..

Kermit has fought 2x now so rust should no longer be an issue.. If he's on his game, he can win..

For me I don't think it's about the pressure as much as it is how Canelo reacts when he gets hit by Cintron. I agree pressure will be a factor, but Kermit mentally checks out of a fight when he hits someone hard and theyre still standing there. I agree with your comments, but I think Cintron may mentally check out of this fight after 5 rounds and that's when Canelo makes his move.

Two questions for you, my friend..

    1) How do you rate Canelo's chin?

2 ) If these guys were to box each other from distance, who has the advantage?

My apologies, I meant to say "IF" canelo is still standing there. I'm very interested to see Canelos reaction if he gets hit flush. I think we'll find out alot about Canelos chin when that happens. I can't answer that first question sir. I just don't know the answer to that yet. As for fighting at a distance, yes, Cintron has the advantage because he's taller and has a farther reach. But being an outside fighter takes ALOT of discipline. And while Cintron does throw his jab somewhat, I don't think he'll throw it enough to keep Canelo on the outside all night. Canelo will get in there and land some shots. It will be interesting to see how both fighters do.
