Default Is it true Al Haymon-advised boxers don't fight each other?

If so, what is the reason? Top Rank appears to do the exact opposite. Is it that Al Haymon doesn't want to face a conflict of interest?

    Well that makes sense.

His job is to make the most money possible for his client with the least risk. If he matches his guys together one of them will lose, which means they need a serious money incentive

Is his incentive different than a promoter's? Why does Top Rank purposefully pit their guys against each other?
