He does deserve credit for taking the beating he took. And it was a bad beating

    Doooode ME TOO!!!

More so than when Xabi Alonso scored the equalizer against Milan back in the Euro finals of 2005

Very little compares to that Liverpool comeback, I was running around like an idiot. Although the Benn v McClellan fight had me off my seat and the first round Tyson v Lennox.

Good call. There was a moment in that round where I thought I was about to see a major upset. It was so exciting!

Then the rest of the fight happened.

It's striking how quiet the crowd is for that fight. I like to imagine the energy that would be there if that fight had happened anywhere else.

LOL I was too thinking at last someone is going to knock him out or at least stop him. After that he put on a master class and I hate to admit it but he was flawless. To comeback and do that really made me appreciate what a brilliant fighter he is, but I hope that Cotto beats him.

I think because the fight was in Tokyo, the crowd are normally quiet and it made for an eerie atmosphere.

    Azumah Nelson vs Chicanito Hernandez.

How Chicanito could have call it quits but he continued regardless of what happened and won.

That was no beating homey.. only a pampered individual would see that as some bad beating.. I know you are not soft, VD..

Chi took it to the streets that night and gave Morales the business... Look at their face at the end of the fight and that's all you need to know who got taken to hell and back...

Morales has a habit of getting his ass beat by Asian fighters..

For me it would have to be Chavez/Rosario. I'd picked Rosario against Camacho (he was robbed) and he'd destroyed Bramble, but I was a huge Chavez fan. I wanted him to win, but didn't really think he would. Then he made it so easy...

For sure. Imagine the crowd if that fight happened anywhere in the states or the UK (or perhaps anywhere not Japan). When I watch that clip I look at the stoic faces in the background and I wonder if they are thinking "hey isn't this guy supposed to be much better??".

Chavez vs Randall 1 holds something with me. I remember having to literally step closer to the tv and watch, had the sweats and hyper you could just see the gap widening and I frankly didn't believe it...then the right that dropped Chavez. Wow.

Simon brown "punching" with jabs off his back after Pettway dropped him with a brick of a left hook for ugly KO. Whole fight was brutal but that sight and Tyson and Ferdie Pacheco yelling as they called it live...crazy crazy fight!

Holyfield vs Bowe 1...I mean come on!
