Manny pacquaio is the greatest southpaw of all time.
Between Whitaker and pacquiao but I always thought zab Judah was one of the best fighters and could've been one of the best to ever fight if he would've trained harder. I'll just say he could have been the best in my eyes. But we never go to see his full potential.
God is a concept, By which we can measure, Our pain, I'll say it again, God is a concept, By which we can measure, Our pain, I don't believe in magic, I don't believe in I-ching, I don't believe in bible, I don't believe in tarot, I don't believe in Hitler, I don't believe in Jesus, I don't believe in Kennedy, I don't believe in Buddha, I don't believe in mantra, I don't believe in Gita, I don't believe in yoga, I don't believe in kings, I don't believe in Elvis, I don't believe in Zimmerman, I don't believe in Beatles, I just believe in me!!
I'm basing just on watching how slick and quick he was when he fought. I never said he was THE BEST just saying that if he would've been dedicated completely to the sport he could have been great. I feel that with his speed and technique he could've been a great fighter but because of his stupidity he ruined himself and his career. His left uppercut that comes up when he dodges a jab is a perfect KO punch and he is very good timing it. I just feel that he could've been so much better then what will be remembered.
I think what people always forget is that discipline and dedication are talents too.
Saying Zab could have been great if he'd had them is like saying Hatton could if he was slicker, smarter etc
Sweet pea would be number one for me and if we're counting the Amature's I would have to say Guillermo Rigondeaux. I am amazed that a person who's been in the amature's as long a he has actually goes to the body.
Pernell Whitaker
I think the only one not mentioned yet is Ronald 'Winky' Wright. In his day he was fairly unstoppable. Joe Calzaghe deffo deserves top5 status if not higher.

Good call on Galaxy, might be the hardest punching southpaw ever. Maybe not an all time great Zaragoza was a really good Mexican southpaw. Naseem Hamed hasn't been mentioned? I didn't like him but he's probably in the top 10. Obviously Whitaker, Hagler and Pacquiao are the 3 best though imo with Whitaker as the best. Winky was a personal favorite of mine too.
I figured more would have been added by now...
Anyhow.
Here are two I would at least mention.
Zapata
Elorde
Not above many of the ones previously mentioned but what about Jim Watt?
Or maybe I'm just older than everyone else.
