    Based on what exactly?
he's shown he can handle the big boys power, and is big enough to mix it up at 147, he's slick has good technical ability and a southpaw, in other words, better than anyone Broner has faced
At welter Guerrero would manhandle Broner at the lower weight I am not so sure.
Broner already has claimed he's the bigger man, so shouldn't have a prob with it being at welterweight, IMO Guerrero beats him at 140 and 147

Well that's true but Broner is also better then anyone he has faced.

Broner is a full fledged welter that happens to be fighting at 135.

Too be honest im not overly impressed with Broner, he's nowhere near as slick as Mayweather. He tries to be Mayweather but he ain't no Mayweather, Broner also has had 2 gift decisions already in his career.
Nail on the head. Broner is physically talented...but he is nowhere near Floyd at the same stage of their careers. Broner's defense is overhyped...his flat footed, wide stance leaves him prone to getting hit. He has gotten away with it because he has fought guys that are overmatched in size and speed. The Demarco fight was incredibly overhyped...HBO basically trying to ride Broner's jock so they can have a new cash cow.

but Guerrero has been in there with better opposition including Berto, Aykin, and Katsidis, Broner has faced Guerrero's leftovers and Demarco, not that stellar of a list especially when he doesn't even bother making weight
