Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Thought Peter Kay was hilarious.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Got to admit not a fan. I am pretty sure between them those who 'starred' in this, could give more money than was raised.
And I am paying a licence fee to watch 'quality' programming on a Friday night, not Simon Cowell living out his fantasy.
"Boxing is like jazz. The better it is, the less people appreciate it."
George Foreman
NO AND NO.
Hope this answers your questions.
Remember reality is an illusion caused by a lack of alcohol .
I don't understand this kind of programming really. Wouldn't it be better if the rich and famous donated 50,000 pounds once a year and just kept quiet about it? I am sure it would have the same effect as hijacking the airwaves and telling ordinary people that it is they who should be raising money for charity. It just doesn't sit quite right with me.
I wouldnt mind so much if they did a comic relief to raise money for laptops or kindles or summink.
'What the water and the mozzi nets?' 'Nah sorted all that out, you gave us money for that last year and the year before'
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough
Charley Burley
Equality Street stole the show.
I can see it charting , funny stuff
Nope.
maybe it's just me, but I cant help seeing the crass hypocrisy in people like Jimmy Carr telling me I should give money to charity while he hardly pays any tax at all. Did you also know that all the 'celebs' get paid to appear on Comic Relief.
So, when you look at the ridicilous self-serving overhead structure in place in many charities, plus that fact someone has to pay for all the performers .... I'd be interested to know how many pennies out of every pound donated actually get used to buy things for the poor.
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?
