If it were in a movie, and Michael White's movie, then I bet he would win. Otherwise, Tyson would hit him, and wherever the punch landed, that part of michael Jai White would break. And it would hurt. While he was contemplating his new brken part and the associated pain. Tyson would hit him again. Then he might die..

Whites actually a fairly accomplished martial artist. Tysons a shell of what he used to be. White picks him apart from the legs up (taking the spring out of them and negating tysons power) and uses the muay thai front kicks to the to the mid section (like a boxer would use a jab) to keep Tyson off balance. Tyson gets frustrated and then gets picked apart.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.
