I think Khabib was jobbed. Vargas looks like the type of guy who will take lasting damage in his career. Was a very solid battle and can only hope for a rematch. 117-111 has to be one of the worst judges cards turned in so far this year.

I dont think it was the worst. I had it 114-114 but a lot of rounds were very tough to score and could really have gone either way.

Oh yeh man, some tough rounds for sure. I did have it even through 6 but 115-113 Khabib at the end. 117-111 Vargas was a judge who was focused on the cuts and crimson. Especially with the huge contrast in style.

I thought allekeviev landed the cleaner blows while vargas had higher punch output. The judges probably favored his activity.

Whatever. They are both ordinary as shit and pretty boring.

They belong on ESPN with herrera.

While I admit the fight wasn't exciting I think both guys add depth to the 140 division there are some good fights to be made there

Are you saying that these two ordinary Joes match up with the likes of Peterson and Lucas?

I thought it was a damn good scrap Think you're overrating hbo. Have you seen the shit they have stacked PPV undercards with lately? Everyone starts somewhere...Espn, Unimas, Fox...whatever. Pretty clear Herrera made the case when he clowned Garcia.

Wasn't Peterson using Espn as a springboard to just get himself destroyed by Matthysse. It cycles, and its necessary. Fight counts more than status.

So should Peterson, Garcia and Matthysse just continue to fight eachother until someone good enough to match up to them comes along?

Nah. Finito and his alt Max are just little trolls. He likes to belittle good fighters while talking up extremely ordinary fighters like Holt and Kim

Bingo, there it is.. Those three guys should stay fighting each other or look for bigger fights because they are established fighters at a certain level..

Guys like Vargas and Allakviev should stay busy fighting guys at their level and whoever comes out on top can get a shot at one of the elites..

Jow blow Vargas and Allakhverdiev should be facing THomas Dulorme next..

Infact, I believe Thomas Durlome is better than both those guys..
