    Default Fall

If you had to fall 20 feet on grass, say from your bedroom window, what is the best way to land without killing or injuring yourself?
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Timing. You need to start the roll about 3/4 of the way down

Look for a pile of leaves or conveniently stacked cardboard boxes. Saw that on The A-Team once, has to be solid tip

In that case I would throw my mattress out the window, but you still need to land properly.

That guy was lucky and he still may be carrying an injury after surviving the fall.

Master when you do this I think you should land on your arse. Its been hammered that much over the years it has to be impervious to damage.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

I'm very tall, so would just throw down a mattress. Hang from my fingertips and drop, bending the knees, and fall onto my back.

land briefly with both feet, bend knees on impact and roll on to your shoulder, the energy is transferred instead of coming to a dead stop.
Feet just touch as you start to fall on your side.
